Helping people deal with
Wholly Australian-owned, eric Insurance is a leading general insurer with more than 20 years of experience in the automotive insurance industry. We’re all about making things better for our people, our partners and customers. As a company, we’re big enough to make a difference, but because we’re not a corporate giant (and we don’t want to be), we don’t lose sight of delivering quality products, customer service and long-term relationships.
Our values are part of our DNA
We strive for a culture that empowers our people to be proactive, talk straight and have brave, honest conversations.
Our entire team endorse a genuine, approachable and open-door style that supports agile decision making.
As a different kind of insurance company, we passionately challenge average to lead the market with new ideas, making things better for our people, partners and customers.
We put our partners and customers at the centre of everything that we do and focus on treating them fairly with value-for-money products and services.
At eric, we’re carefully nurturing the development of our culture to align with our business strategy, and our people are a big part of that. Having a team that embraces our values will help us deliver the results we need to be an employer of choice and achieve the business strategy.
