Eric’s Response to COVID-19

The impact of COVID-19 has thrown much of the world into uncharted territory. As an Australian operated insurer, Eric Insurance remains committed to providing the dedicated service and support that our customers rely on – now more than ever. For Eric, it is business as usual as all our staff work remotely to navigate the challenges presented by the coronavirus pandemic.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our staff and the broader Eric community, and we will continue to take a measured approach that prioritises our staff’s wellbeing, while continuing to maintain operations.

Eric strongly encourages all our staff, customers and community of stakeholders to listen to the advice of Government and health authorities to prioritise their own health and the health of those around them.

These are strange and challenging times, but the resilience of the Australian community and Eric’s ability to operate flexibly in a shifting environment give us great confidence that we can work through the coming months together.
