In September 2019, Eric announced a remediation program which outlined the steps we are taking to provide certain refunds to a number of customers for the sale of products sold up until April 2019 to addresses concerns about the past sale of motor vehicle add-on insurance through motor dealerships.

Since our announcement, we have been proactively communicating with our customers who are entitled to a refund or an offer over the last eight months.

While we have successfully contacted and arranged refunds to a significant portion of customers entitled to a refund, regrettably, not all customers have been contactable despite our continued efforts.

Effective from 22 May 2020, we will no longer be processing refunds directly to customers due to our program coming to an end. However, if you are entitled to a refund, you may be able to claim your entitlement and receive your refund through the State Revenue Office of Victoria under the Unclaimed Money Register.
