Remuneration

We annually review salaries and periodically check the market to ensure our team members are fairly and appropriately rewarded.

Career Planning

Thinking of a different role that may suit you better? Looking to plan your progression into a new area? Ask your manager to organise a chat with the leader responsible for that department to find out what you need to do to achieve your aspirations. Ask another team member to mentor you. Let P&C know what you would like to do in the future, so they know when a position is coming up that may suit you.

Advertising internally & externally

You are encouraged to apply for new roles in the business. Where possible, new roles will be advertised internally. We will always treat you fairly, with due regard for your experience, qualifications and capabilities. We will provide feedback on how to develop skills if you are unsuccessful.

Training

Looking for development? We offer many courses relevant to our industry and we are planning to keep adding to these. Get certified for Financial Services and first aid. Attend internal training sessions. Research courses that may help with your development or have a chat to P&C for some assistance.

Social Club

We have a great Social Club program to provide more value to you. Events, discounted offers, snacks and services are available for a low membership fee.

Employee Assistance

You and eligible family members can access confidential coaching, counselling and wellbeing services provided by us.

Manager Assist

If you are a manager, you can access direct support from our leadership team, P&C or confidentially through managerAssist, a telephone advisory service paid for by us to assist you to deal with difficult or complex people issues.
